Service Description

Vibesense is a SaaS platform designed for companies that want to analyze the emotional and psychological environment of their workplace. The system allows employees to anonymously express their thoughts, emotions, and concerns, generating reports to help improve organizational culture and well-being.

Access and Registration

• Corporate clients: Must register and have an active subscription to access the platform.

• Company employees: Access the platform via unique magic links anonymously, with no need to create personal accounts.

The platform is intended for use by individuals aged 18 or older.

Subscription and Payments

• Access to Vibesense for companies requires a paid subscription.

• Payments are made in euros (€) via bank transfer or deposit.

• Invoices are issued for every payment received.

• There is currently no defined refund or cancellation policy. Any specific request will be considered on a case-by-case basis at Vibesense’s discretion.

Acceptable Use and Restrictions

The user (company) agrees to:

• Use the service legally and in accordance with these Terms.

• Not attempt to access personal or confidential data of other users.

• Not use the platform for fraudulent or disruptive purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a subscription in cases of misuse, fraud attempts, or violations of these rules.

Intellectual Property

All content on the website (text, design, software, logos, trademarks, etc.) is the exclusive property of Vibesense or used under proper license. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Vibesense shall not be liable for:

• Misinterpretation or decisions based on the generated reports.

• Damages resulting from misuse of the platform.

• Technical issues beyond our control.

The service is provided “as is” without express or implied warranties of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Modifications

Vibesense reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be notified to registered users via email. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Spain.
